Can I upload my own photo or logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 12 MB. Transparent PNGs work well for logos. You can resize, rotate, reposition, and combine your image with text or graphics on either side of the cup.
Can I order a cup right now?
You can design a cup, build a shopping bag, and submit a quote request. We save your request and artwork for review. Product prices are estimates; shipping, tax, availability, production timing, and a print proof must be confirmed before payment. Card payments are not enabled yet, and submitting a request does not start production.
Where do my images and saved designs go?
Your studio designs and shopping bag use this browser’s storage. When you submit checkout, your contact details and design files are sent to private order storage so the store owner can review and fulfill your request. Your private status link grants access to that request, so share it carefully. Clearing browser data removes local copies; export your design for a backup. We do not collect card details on this site.
Will the finished cup look exactly like the preview?
This preview helps you explore a design. Actual colors, placement, print coverage, and proportions depend on the cup and printing method. Artwork downloads need a supplier’s production template and approval before printing.
Can I design something for a team or business?
Absolutely. Upload your logo and add names, a phrase, or graphics. Export the design to share with your team. You can request up to 50 cups in a bag; availability and quantity pricing must be confirmed.
